During your first appointment, we will conduct a comprehensive assessment to understand your mental health needs and create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your goals and preferences.

Initial assessments typically last about 60-90 minutes, while follow-up appointments and therapy sessions usually last 30-60 minutes.

We are based in Jeffersonville, Indiana - and provide in person service and virtual Telehealth to patients across the state of Indiana.

We do not provide emergency services. If you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
